This year, with the help of my friend Thomas, and my brother Doug, we installed a full electrical system in the house. Required for he job was a 60 amp safety switch on the pole (mufa) by the trail, grounding rods, electrical wire, outlets, switches, lights, and breaker panel. I contracted Saul, who put he new roof on the house last year, to dig the hole, and install the new "mufa" by the trail. Thomas, Doug, and I installed all the new black wiring, outlets, switches, lights, and breaker panel. GFCI, outlets, were installed on the kitchen counter, and in the bathroom. Waterproof outlets were installed outside both entry doors. There was five new lights installed. Two of the lights were installed in the living / dining area, and three waterproof lights were put in the bathroom, and outside both entry doors. Heavy gauge wire was run between the "mufa" and the house. The electrical service to the house has not been hooked up yet, and the old white wiring can still be seen, which is still operational. When the new service is hooked up to the grid, Valentin will take out the old white wiring, and the job will be totally complete. | |
