This year I contracted two jobs for the Casa. The first was to raise a wall on the view side of the house, and the second was to have shutters made, and installed on the view side as well. The increased height of the wall will allow for sand to be put in this area, bringing up the ground level, to the same level as the floor of the casa. There was also an old washtub that was leaking, and no longer any good. It was mounted in the same porch area, and was removed, leaving the porch area much larger than before.
